I feel formerly thin every time I look down and see a paunch that makes me look more like a pregnant woman in her second trimester than a 39 year-old man who struggles to get through his daily ab crunches. I'm just thankful that my hair is on its way to becoming gray (formerly brown) rather than formerly there altogether. Good luck with the book!
